If cheese, carbs and vino are your love language, head straight to Roma Robby in Northbridge. Each Thursday, they serve up a generous slab of their iconic 50-layer lasagne with a glass of wine for just $30. At that price, we feel comfortable adding a tiramisu to share on too.

Tommy’s does $5 tacos and $10 margaritas every Tuesday, but it’s the latest ‘Happy Meal’ special we’re eyeing off. For $35, you’ll get a whole tray of Mexican goodness, including two birria tacos with consume, guac & cornchips, corn ribs with cotijo, and lime & chipotle wings (all gluten free and with veggie swaps available), along with a mini spicy or tommy’s margarita. Not bad at all!

Taco Tuesday is serious business at Scarborough’s favourite seaside taqueria, El Grotto.
