We might be biased, but we’re saying it anyway — Australia’s food scene couldn’t be better. With diverse landscapes, passionate producers and talented makers scattered across the country, we’re spoilt with top-tier, homegrown goodness. And no one knows how to celebrate this incredible food landscape more than Tasting Australia. Their 2025 festival program is underway, and with one weekend left, it’s time to clear your calendars and alert the group chat, for the 18th edition of this epic foodie festival is proving to be the best yet.

Presented by Journey Beyond, the 2025 program explores the theme of connection through people, place and produce across 10 jam-packed days, with the festival hub set up in Adelaide’s Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga. With more than 150 events to choose from, it’s your opportunity to explore the best South Australia has to offer. And it’s not just local SA chefs and makers smitten with the state’s incredible produce. The program has seen global talent descend into Adelaide including Chiara Pavan (Italy), Monica Berg (UK), Andy Allen (NSW), Lachlan Cowill (TAS), Danielle Alvarez (NSW) and Lennox Hastie (NSW), alongside local powerhouses Justin James, Jake Kellie, Sharon Romeo and Duncan Welgemond.

While we certainly recommend heading into Town Square to check out the food trucks, drink experiences and electric atmosphere, these are our picks for epic events that haven’t sold out, yet!
