Sydney is set to become the centre of the cocktail world when the Maybe Cocktail Festival returns from April 14-19th. Now in its fourth year, the week-long program brings 25 of the globe’s most talked-about bars and and bartenders to venues across the city for guest shifts, collaborations and walk-in events — no flights required.
