Luc San has just unveiled a unique twist on Sydney's beloved weekend ritual with a lavish seven-course French-Japanese fusion menu. Delight in dishes such edamame, Ora King Salmon and Kingfish Nigiri, chicken karaage, bacon skewers, and robata grilled fish. All while sipping your way through a selection of wines, beers and non-alcoholic options. 

Plus, for just $35pp you can level-up your bottomless brunch for to include cocktails like the yuzu and chilli margarita, Aperol spritz, and yuzushu spritz. Make sure to save room for the soft serve. We highly recommend the French vanilla paired with miso caramel sauce.

We can't think of a better space to enjoy a bottomless brunch - what with the pops of terracotta and jewel blue combined with ambient lighting. Maiz in Newtown is the ideal spot for a buzzy bottom brunch.
