You’ll find Subi Continental nestled on the vibrant corner of Rokeby and Roberts, where it will lure you in with a chic Paris-meets-NYC vibe and a seafood platter so chic, fresh, and sophisticated that its only natural pairing is a classic Martini. Their torched oysters with a tiger’s milk dressing are also a must-try; order a half-dozen of those and a half-dozen of the natural. No regrets—just gorgeous seafood and atmospheric all-day dining and drinking.

Good cocktails, good food and weird wine is the motto behind Nieuw Ruin, a small bar and eatery stocked full of innovation and fun. Super fresh, hyper-local produce interweaves throughout the food menu; choose between relaxed snacks at the bar or a generous dinner at the communal tables.

The seafood dishes here are particularly good. We recommend sipping on the rum-based Popcorn Pina Colada, and pairing it with a plate of oysters, fig-pickled mussels, followed by the charcoal octopus with padron peppers and romesco.

Meat lovers aren’t left out either, with the Black Angus fillet served with lobster.
