Dishes like gnocco fritto with taleggio and prosciutto San Daniele, kingfish crudo with buttermilk, green chilli and apple, tomato carpaccio topped with burrata and basil, and charred Fremantle octopus with smoked eggplant make choosing near impossible!

Pasta wise, there's cacio e pepe served out from a cheese wheel if you like a little flair with your dinner, and the burnt semolina pappardelle with Osso Bucco and macadamia is comfort personified.
