Since hitting the road in 2012, Mr Burger's buns have become so popular that they’ve now got four bricks-and-mortar stores (including two in Tassie). The trucks are still pumping though, and you’ll usually find them at Welcome to Thornbury and Welcome to Brunswick. Menu favourites include the Lot, a classic Australian milk bar burger with beetroot, bacon and fried egg, while vegans will love the Mr V2, which comes with a plant-based V2 patty and cheese.
