Penny for Pound has returned with a Christmas lineup that reads like pure holiday joy. Their Summer Christmas Trifle is a sun-kissed showstopper layered with mango–passionfruit jelly, passionfruit curd, fresh fruit, sponge soaked in passion syrup, velvety vanilla mascarpone chantilly and mango–passion compote, crowned with meringue kisses and white chocolate stars and served in a 3-litre glass bowl you keep.
The festive indulgence continues with their Cookie Collection — Wagon Wheels, Florentines, melting moments, gingerbreads, shortbreads and salted choc-chip icons — plus perfectly buttery Fruit Mince Tarts and a charming Rudolph Bûche de Noël of chocolate sponge, raspberry crunch, vanilla cream and milk chocolate mousse.

Miss Trixie Drinks Tea Festive Cakes & Cookies
We’re huge fans of Miss Trixie Drinks Tea, and their Christmas cake and cookie range is a festive delight for the senses. The limited edition cake flavours include Gingerbread Crunch, Aussie Pav, and Santa’s Milk and Cookies, which is a white chocolate cake with cookies and cream buttercream, condensed milk soak, white crisp pearls (sugar-filled heaven!)
Each cake can be beautifully designed according to which style appeals most – with adorable offerings such as Oh Christmas Tree, Wreath-A-Franklin, and Have a Lolly Jolly Christmas. It’s also hard to look past Trixie’s decadent chocolate cookies, festively laced with candy cane lollies (hello, perfect stocking stuffer).

Pidapipo Pandora Christmas Cake
Pidapipo has reimagined its Christmas treats once again, leading with a showstopping Pandoro Christmas Cake that’s as beautiful as it is nostalgic. Naturally coloured in a raspberry chocolate spray and crowned with raspberry ganache, it’s finished with an edible, handcrafted Milk Chocolate Bauble designed to be lifted off and hung on the tree. Inside, layers of chocolate semifreddo, cherry cream, sour cherry gelato, redcurrant jam, Italian pandoro, strawberry-and-cream gelato and redcurrant stracciatella create a festive tumble of flavour for 12–15 lucky dessert-lovers.

At The Tea Room 1892 (formerly Hopetoun Tea Rooms), the classic is done with old-world finesse, while Victor Churchill remains a go-to for a beautifully crafted Christmas pav. This year, their artisans have also reimagined the Bûche de Noël: a dark-chocolate showstopper layering mousse, brownie biscuit, pecan praline and salted caramel. Lune’s December creations arrive with all the theatre of the season.
