Here at Sitchu, we're huge fans of Miss Trixie Drinks Tea, and their new 2023 Christmas cake and cookie range is a festive delight for the senses. The limited edition cake flavours include sugar and spice (and all things nice) - caramel gingerbread cake, with Biscoff and caramel crisp pearls and a ginger crumb; fruits of summer - white chocolate cake, mango curd, passionfruit syrup and fresh summer berries; as well as their take on a controversial classic, the chocolate ripple - chocolate sour cream cake, vanilla buttercream, peppermint crisp and smashed chocolate biscuits (gluten free available upon request). Each cake can be beautifully designed according to which style appeals most - with adorable offerings such as Candy Cane Slay, Eat, Drink & Be Cherry and Ugly Christmas Sweater.
