Sydney Airport’s Major Culinary Glow-Up

Sydney Airport's T3 has just upped the ante on your pre-flight game with 11 incredible new spots to eat and drink.

RaRa

Sydney’s reputation as a culinary destination enhances year on year, so it feels only right that Sydneysiders and visitors alike should get a final taste before jetting off on their next adventure. T3 Domestic has answered the call with a refreshed food offering boasting some of Sydney’s favourites. Think coffee from Stitch, ramen from RaRa and cocktails and canapés from iconic Bondi destination, Icebergs. With 11 new eateries to explore, there’s never been a better time to book a flight.

Coffee Culture

Sydney’s T3 is sending earlybirds off in style with an offering a Paddington laneway would be envious of. First cab off the rank, Stitch Coffee, a Sydney-based roaster known for smooth brews. No more burnt airport coffee, these guys are the real deal. More of a matcha fan? No problems, Stitch has that too, along with a host of specialty drinks from Mont Blancs to cold brews. With a bunch of fresh pastries on offer and a designated seating area, you’ll be starting your journey just as you deserve.

Don’t forget to sample your way around, however, because the morning offering doesn’t end there. French-inspired boulangerie LouLou are serving up viennoiseries, baguettes, pastries, handmade pies, petit fours and madeleines. And for those channeling Italy, it’s straight to Maggio’s for pasticceria favourites.

Cool Casual

The era of stale hand rolls and plastic boxed sandwiches is over. Bringing some of Sydney’s most beloved casual joints to the runway, Sydney Airport’s T3 is now home to fan-favourite Slim’s Quality Burgers, Taste of Thai, rustic hand-stretched pizzas from Maggio’s and customised plates from The Sushi Platter.

Passengers can also get their hands on RaRa‘s rich ramen broths, Top Juice‘s fresh fruit salads and juices, and flavour-packed tacos and burritos from Tres Tacos. A veritable smorgasbord!
