Summer is rolling out and Autumn is rolling in and with the new season comes a whole swathe of events we're keen to hit up. From dining deals to engaging exhibitions to Mardi Gras parties left and right, there's no shortage of things to do in Sydney this month. 

We're excited to enjoy some cooler weather with scenic walks and cosy aperitivo hours. To help you make the most of this March, we've rounded up the best of what's on in Sydney this month. 

What's On in Sydney: Eat & Drink

Archie Rose Sticky Beak Festival 

In an extra-groovy collaboration, Archie Rose Distilling Co has teamed up with National Art School, FBi Radio and P&V to show off the best of Sydney's hospo scene with their third iteration of StickyBeak Festival. There will be food. There will be drinks. And there will be music. There will be serval artmaking workshops to participate in including drawing, printing and heat press collaging as well as a swathe of Sydney's finest eateries slinging festival bites. Cocktail lovers will be in heaven with options from Archie Rose, Double Deuce Lounge, The Emerald Room, PS40, Tucano's and The Waratah.

Pasta Club at Grana 

In some of the greatest food news we've received this year, Grana has announced that they are introducing a weekly pasta club that we are, naturally, desperate to be a part of. Each week, Grana will curate a three-course pasta feast plus side salad, tiramisu cannoli and matched alcoholic drinks....for $99. Impeccable value if you ask us. Each pasta dish will be a one-off creation, not seen again on the menu so you can attend every week to explore new flavours.

The Macallan Harmony Collection Experience 

We love it when multiple creative minds collide and The Macallan's latest release champions just that. The Macallan has teamed up with the McCartney sisters for the latest iteration of their Harmony Collection. An annual release series, The Harmony Collection explores The Macallan's passion for exploring future packaging via a fusion of innovative techniques and organic materials. 

In celebration, an immersive pop-up will be taking over Hickson Road Reserve, showcasing the collaboration that explores the natural landscapes of Scotland. Guests will be able to trial and taste Harmony III as well as engage in a virtual reality drinking experience and full use of the 'garnish garden'. A must-attend for any whisky or cocktail lovers out there!

Save Some Dollars with Frenchies Weekend Specials 

Frenchies are bringing back Friday fish night and we love to see it. Swing by with your dining buddy of choice and score a fresh fish special from Sydney Fish Market with a swathe of seasonal sides for a sweet $45 per person. More of a meat fan? Porchetta Saturdays will be right up your alley. For $47 a person you'll get a delish porchetta with rotating stuffing and perfectly paired sides. Beloved Sydney foodie destination Lana will be playing host to four of Sydney's favourite chefs this summer in a series of guest takeovers. Chef Adam Hall from Kanin Project and Flying Fish will be exploring Filipino flavours whilst Chef Andrianto Wirya of Easy Tiger will be teaming up with Head Chef Alex Wong to take on the nostalgic Southeast Asian dishes of their childhood. Chef Brendan Fong of Hubert will marry East with West for his menu that evokes a Japanese Izakaya with an Italian Trattoria. Finally, Chef Robin Oh of Russo & Russo will be exploring the use of Korean ferments with Italian flavours. The only hard part will be deciding which month to pop in! Good luck!

Celebrate International Women's Day at Sydney Opera House with 16 Female Winemakers 

If there's one day we're keen to celebrate more than any other it's got to be International Women's Day. If you're keen to champion some fab ladies, snag a ticket to this event that is celebrating women in wine and hospitality. Not only will the proceeds be donated to not-for-profit charity Women and Revolution, but you'll also get the chance to sample wine from 16 female winemakers. There will be three grazing boards curated by Danielle Alvarez and a conversation on the theme of navigating male-dominated industries to look forward to as well. Gather the gals!

This International Women's Day, Lil Sis will be celebrating with a host of female sommeliers on hand who will be pouring female-produced wines for you across two days. As for eats, you can look forward to a share-style menu curated by Aria's head pastry chef Aoife Noonan and Opera Bar's senior sous chef Naomi Xavier. The perfect excuse to gather the gals and enjoy an afternoon tipple.

In collaboration with Two Good Co. and Veuve Clicquot, Chiswick will be playing host to the ultimate ladies' lunch this International Women's Day. Deborah Knight, Zara Seidler and Kyle Westgarth will be your hosts for the day which involves a shared 3 course menu curated by head chef Daniel Cooper. You'll also enjoy a glass of Veuve and canapes on arrival after which you'll be sipping on Australian wines crafted by female winemakers. Public House Petersham is getting behind women in wine this IWD and it's set to be a very good time indeed. One to mark your calendar for, Sydney Opera House's All About Women Festival is back and the schedule is PACKED. Thinkers, authors and all-round wonderful women, from Australia and abroad, will be descending on the Opera House for a day of thought-provoking talks. Highlights include author Rebecca F. See Kandinsky at the Art Gallery of NSW 

Known as one of the great innovators of modern Art, Vasily Kandinsky's work will be arriving at the Art Gallery of NSW this November. The exhibition will be the largest presentation of Kandinsky's work ever seen in Australia and will trace his life from his humble beginnings in Munich to his final chapter in Paris. Curated with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, this is a one-off not to be missed art event.

The Art of Banksy: Without Limits 

The Art of Banksy: Without Limits exhibition has finally touched down in Sydney! More than 150 of the artists' works and multiple experiential areas are set to be enjoyed with highlights including "Dismaland" installations, prints of "Flower Thrower" and "Kissing Coppers" and the "Phone Booth" sculpture. Visitors are able to get hands on by spray painting their own t-shirt with a $2 donation to the M.V. Louise Michel organisation.
