The Easter long weekend is fast approaching, and when there are chocolates and hot cross buns to be devoured, it’s best to have something planned to direct your sugar-high energy. From Easter roasts to all the chocolate themed cocktails you can fathom, there is an activity to suit every long weekend vibe.

Indulge in a 3-hour Seafood Lunch at North Bondi Fish

What could be more relaxing than a long lunch overlooking the beach this Easter long weekend? Gather your pals and enjoy North Bondi Fish’s $120 per person set menu featuring a daily selection of sashimi, barramundi with seaweed butter and clams, and a salted caramel and macadamia brownie. You’ll even be able to enjoy a selection of limited-edition Easter cocktails and DJ sets alongside your feast. We’ll be ordering the chocolada!

Devour an Easter Roast at Fratelli Fresh

If you’re not so keen on getting in the kitchen this Easter but still want to tuck into an epic roast, pop on down to Fratelli Fresh. For $49 per person you can score 12-hour, slow-cooked lamb shoulder with mint salsa verde, crisp rosemary roast potatoes, creamy cauliflower cheese, seasonal leaf salad and focaccia. The Bavarian are upping the ante this Easter with an adult easter egg hunt. Easter eggs will be hidden throughout each venue, ready to be filled with beer for those who find them. If you miss out, don’t fret, you can buy your own Easter egg beer for $14. You can also score $12 cinnamon doughnut pretzels with dark beer and chocolate dipping sauce plus all their usual delicious fare.

To stock up for the long weekend, take a trip to the Fish Markets. There will be extended trading hours on Good Friday from 5am to 5pm (regular hours for the remainder of the long weekend: 7am-4pm).
