If you fancy a dumpling experience with a difference pop right on over to Lotus. They've got three locations - one being the exceptionally convenient Circular Quay - and what we love most is their ability to up the dumpling game with recommended wines, craft beer and cocktails. They offer a swathe of flavours with two finish options - steamed and boiled or baked and fried. Best of all, there are plenty of flavours to choose from, including for all the veggo folk!

Sitchu Tip: Veggo or non-veggo, order the five-spice tofu and black fungus dumplings - you won't regret it!
