Forged by Vow, Australia’s trailblazer in cultured meat, is opening its tasting counter to the public for the first time, exclusively at Carriageworks. Their Alexandria lab is known for producing high-end, chef-approved creations made from real animal cells. This summer, market-goers can sample their luxurious quail parfait, rich foie gras alternative and ultra-creamy smoked spread while meeting the minds behind the innovation.

Shire Farmers’ Markets
If you find yourself down South of a Saturday morning head over to the Shire Farmers’ Markets. They’ve got a phenomenal roster of regular stall holders with goodies ranging from freshly made gnocchi and Syrian dips to honey, cheese, artisan breads, fresh produce and blooms. Every weekend The Rocks plays host to a tantalising food fair and market that brings together the sights, scents and sounds of street food around the world at The Rocks Markets.
