Lightscape 2025 is lighting up Kings Park and Botanic Garden once again. Returning with an all-new experience, this mesmerising after-dark event transforms the park into an illuminated wonderland, exploring the theme of natural attraction. With over 20 art installations from national and international artists alike, the lightscape trail has already proven to be more magical than ever before.

Wander through tunnels of radiant colour, past glowing bush blossoms and beneath towering illuminated flowers, all set to an immersive soundscape. Top off your night with mulled wine, toasted marshmallows and delicious bites — talk about the perfect winter activity!

Disco Bingo at The Elford

Forget numbers. This is bingo with disco beats, cheeky banter and prizes galore. After two sold-out sessions, Disco Bingo is back for its monthly Sunday party at The Elford. Off the back of their sold-out Bottomless Seafood Brunch, West Kitchen & Bar is turning up the heat this winter with a brand new Bottomless Roast Lunch, running every Saturday until August 30th. Guests can enjoy 90 minutes of indulgent feasting, kicking off with fresh WA prawns and a glass of prosecco before moving onto an endless spread of roast favourites, from beef with mustard gravy to lamb shoulder with fennel and lemon, pulled pork with spiced apple, and herb-roasted chicken. There’ll be seasonal sides and nostalgic desserts, like mini pavlovas and hot spiced crumble with custard, perfect for a chilly winter weekend. Yum!

Scarborough Sunset Markets: Winter Edition

As the sun dips below the Indian Ocean, Scarborough Beach transforms into a lively hub of food, music, and entertainment every single Saturday at the Scarborough Sunset Markets. If it feels like everyone in Perth is here, it’s because there really is no better place to be, with live music and a fabulous atmosphere week in, week out. You’ll find 20 retail vendors selling artisan goods and unique trinkets, plus almost all of Perth’s best food trucks and portable bars parked and ready to feed marketgoers, so make sure you come hungry and ready for a good time. Don’t forget your coat!

Christmas in July: Cosy Feasts & Festive Fun

It’s the most wonderful time… to break out the woollies and dig into hearty roasts, mulled wine, and puddings across Perth’s cosiest venues.
