Rivalling that of any major city, the Gold Coast's baked goods scene is thriving. These are the best bakeries on the Gold Coast right now.

As far as little treats go, baked goods are god-tier. Typically under the $10 mark, with endless options and intriguing flavours, and involving sweet, golden carbs, they’re a small moment of sunshine in edible form. We’ve never said no to a bakery hop, and we never will.

With the Gold Coast’s food scene expanding year on year, it’s little wonder a plethora of artisan bakeries have cropped up in the city, each with its own unique twist on the classics. Ready to embark on a journey of crispy, flaky discovery? These are the best bakeries on the Gold Coast right now.

Dipcro Pastry

The only thing traditional about Dipcro is their French-method croissants. The flavours? Creative, innovative and constantly revolving. Think ube mochi pastry tarts, jalapeno sausage croissants and matcha mille feuille.

They also serve ceremonial-grade matcha and Campos coffee, so you’re sorted on the beverage front.

Made With Love

Dietary-restricted friends, we know you love your baked goods, too, so if you’re on the hunt for the best in town, head to Made With Love. You’ll find that their bakes are 100% vegan, which means no meat, dairy or eggs.

Family-owned and operated, you can expect exceptionally warm service on top of their daily baked treats. Think warm choc chip cookies, cruffins, ‘meat’ pies and ‘sausage’ rolls.

Bam Bam Bakehouse

Bam Bam’s pastry cabinet is a true thing of beauty. Stuffed with mouthwatering bakes, you’ll have a hard time choosing from the wide, decadent and endlessly enticing selection. Hot custard and jam croissant? Maybe you’re feeling something a little more tropical, like a mango and cheesecake croissant basket? Or go traditional with a delicate strawberry tart.

If you’re looking for something a little heartier, Bam Bam also have a bunch of larger meals on the menu, pastry inclusive, of course. We can’t go past the Bam Bam benny which is served on a warm, layered Bam Bam croissant.
