To make your journey even easier, we’ve rounded up the best restaurants on the Gold Coast to book before you go…

LiTO

For a little slice of Euro summer in Queensland… LiTO nails the brief. Whether it’s your morning espresso bathed in sunshine, or a long languid, lunch, Italian-style, you can’t go past this chic Gold Coast restaurant.

There are three dreamy ways to dine at this seaside spot — indoors (with interiors by Alexander &CO that blend Mediterranean detail with Australian charm), alfresco with the fresh breeze, or at the semi-private chef’s table beside the open, wood-fired kitchen.

The wine list celebrates both Australian and Italian producers, while the menu (by Chef Andrea Morigi) focuses on Italian classics, reimagined with local produce, served with relaxed generosity.
