The short and sweet menu features local coffee from White Horse Coffee, and pastries and pies from Skala Bakery.

There's bacon and egg brioche rolls, sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese toasties, croissants, BLT's, housemade iced tea and more.

Be sure to try their homemade gibanica – a buttery Serbian filo with cheese filling. It's only available on weekends, so be sure to come back for more. On any given Sunday, that is!

The drive out to Rise Artisan Bakery in the Adelaide Hills is - in our humble opinion - absolutely worth it. Jump in the car and in just over 30 minutes you'll be in one of the cosiest cafes in the Hills, browsing the most beautiful display of baked goods, with tables laden with fluffy pastries, sweet cakes, tarts, flaky croissants and donuts. There are fresh loaves of bread behind the counter, plus a little coffee machine on site to have a brew while you're there. This charming bakery is one of Adelaide's best - so run, don't walk!
