It’s the show on everyone’s lips (and on everyone’s TikTok feeds, and group chats…) and it’s easy to see why: The White Lotus is a certified phenomenon thanks to its mix of drama and intrigue, satire, dreamy outfits and stunning locations.
With season three well underway, we’re already thinking about what a fourth iteration of the dark comedy might look like—and that includes putting together a fantasy list of locales that would be a dream vacation destination for the Tanya McQuoids and Chelseas of the world.
While rumour has it season four will see the show make a return to Europe, there’s every chance our Aussie shores could make an well-deserved appearance. After all, our island home has all the makings of a perfect White Lotus mystery: secluded locations, warm weather, the best beaches in the world and some intriguing local wildlife that would put that season three cobra scene to shame (IYKYK).

Saffire Freycinet, Tasmania
Tassie may be a little chilly for Mike White’s tastes (the writer and producer has famously said he hates the cold), but hear us out: Saffire Freycinet’s combination of luxury accommodations and stunning natural backdrops are just the thing The White Lotus needs.
