FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships
From November 14th to 23rd, Adelaide turns up the heat as The Drive and Pinky Flat/Tarntanya Wama transform into a beachside arena for the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships. Watch the world’s best players go head-to-head by day, then stay for the afterglow — with Baker Boy, Keli Holiday, and Mitch Tambo with Voice of Lele lighting up Centre Court by night. Tippling Club x Bar Canopy
This is big. Tippling Club is touching down at Canopy Bar for its first-ever Australian residency. The former Asia’s 50 Best darling will transform Canopy’s 14-seat dining room into a boundary-breaking degustation by chef Ryan Clift, featuring hits like razor clam in pink garlic soup, the cult liquid omelette, wagyu in full umami mode and that iconic pear Tarte Tatin reimagined in burnt-butter sorbet. Champagne and rare Burgundy, naturally. And later in the night? A Tippling Club snack degustation at the bar.

Sunset on Seppeltsfield Road
The palm-lined stretch of Seppeltsfield Road comes alive on November 21st for Sunset on Seppeltsfield Road. After sell-out events in 2023 and 2024, this annual Barossa celebration is back with food, wine, gin and beer from over 20 local wineries, distilleries and producers. Wander the road, sip standout local wines (your ticket includes a Spiegelau glass), nibble on gourmet bites, and let live music set the mood. All around you, the iconic palms, rolling vineyards and Barossa Ranges provide the perfect sunset backdrop for an unforgettable evening.
