The Best Restaurants Open on Monday Night in Sydney

We're calling it: Monday night is the new Friday when it comes to eating out in Sydney.

Let’s be honest: nobody likes Mondays. A weekend full of fun is over (and we’re all exhausted because of it), it’s time to go back to work and the harsh realities of being an adult are staring us in the face.

Typically, the first business day of the week is a slow one for the food scene, with diners less likely to want to head out after a packed weekend social calendar, and hospitality workers getting a well-deserved night off. But in recent times, there’s been a resurgence in restaurants, bars and eateries powering through and keeping doors open and giving us good reason to get out of the house on a Monday night.

Whether it’s a casual catch-up, a new spin on date night or a drink after an in-office day, Monday nights are about to become the new Fridays.

Here are our picks of the best restaurants open on a Monday night in Sydney.
