For $125 per person, savour Mexican and South American-inspired dishes by head chef Amber Doig, including Spencer Gulf kingfish crudo, pan-seared sea scallops, Colombian cheese empanadas, and 12-hour slow-cooked lamb barbacoa shoulder. We can’t think of a better space to enjoy a bottomless brunch than Nico – what with the pops of terracotta and jewel blue combined with ambient lighting. Prosecco, house wine, and beer are all included in your package, but if you fancy indulging, opt for the cocktail upgrade option for another $35pp. This will score you access to unlimited Cho Cho Can cocktails, including the Tokyo Tommy Margarita, Yuzu Spritz, Espresso Martini, and Nippy Rockshop.
