We’ve partnered with Fine Food Australia to bring you this guide to the incredible 4-day trade festival.

Ever wondered where the bakers behind the best patisseries get their inspiration? Where the latest jams, relishes and sauces are picked from before they appear on your local deli's shelf? Where celebrity chefs harness the latest food technology to whip up jaw-dropping, innovative dishes?

Over 1000 of Australia's best hospitality brands will come together across four days in September to highlight, celebrate and forecast innovations in the food and drink industry at Fine Food Australia

The nation’s only established tradeshow (and the largest in the Southern Hemisphere), Fine Food Australia is dedicated to all things food – from food service to hospitality, retail and bakery. You’ll find new local and international delicacies including meat and seafood, small goods, general and speciality foods, confectionery and more.

The event has welcomed tens of thousands of food industry professionals from Australasia and beyond through its show doors since its inception in 1984 — and is showing no signs of slowing down!

Where passion and business intersect, here are five reasons to attend Fine Food Australia in September.

Head to the Innovation in Patisserie Stage to see Tokyo Lamington's Edward Stewart discuss the intricacies of the culinary business, or to The Source Kitchen to learn from Julian Cincotta (Butter) the ways in which to reduce, reuse and recycle in the kitchen. Get the full scoop on the latest menus, products, techniques and business practices currently being championed by the food industry.

The event will be abuzz with enthusiastic demonstration stages set to inspire and educate. You'll have a chance to share experiences with other chefs, restaurateurs, café and bar owners and food providers, which could help set you up for success for years to come. Plus, meeting face-to-face with leading industry suppliers is a proven way to seal a sweeter supply or distribution deal.
