Saint Peter

If Dad’s more single malt than steak sandwich, this luxe whisky and seafood experience will be right up his alley. Tamdhu Single Malt Scotch has teamed up with trailblazing Aussie chef Josh Niland and his acclaimed restaurant, Saint Peter, to deliver an elevated Father’s Day celebration like no other. This limited-time collab offers a bold new take on whisky pairing — swapping red meat for sustainably sourced seafood, all served in Saint Peter’s intimate Paddington dining space.

Expect a welcome Tamdhu cocktail on arrival, followed by a bespoke three-course seafood menu, each dish carefully matched with Tamdhu’s richly sherried 12 and 15 Year Old expressions. At $200 per person, it’s an indulgent way to toast Dad with something truly memorable.

Cho Cho San

For the dad who’s into flavour bombs and izakaya-style feasting, Cho Cho San is serving the ultimate spread this Father’s Day. Available for lunch and dinner on Sunday 7 September, their specially curated $80 banquet brings together some of Dad’s favourites — from Wagyu kushiyaki and wasabi oysters to eggplant miso skewers and a cold beer on arrival (because of course).

For the main event, he’ll pick between two claypot heroes: tender beef short rib with Tan Tan sauce or buttery Misozuke Murray cod. A refreshing strawberry matcha trifle wraps things up on a sweet note. The à la carte and regular banquet menus will also be available, but if you’ve got your eye on the Father’s Day set, pre-ordering is a must — portions are limited and will go fast.

It’s the kind of morning made for good food, hot coffee, and chats with a side of sea breeze. Breakfast kicks off from 7am and tables are limited, so we recommend getting in early to score a spot.
