Executive chef Alex Wong has curated a nine-dish extravaganza for a lunch to remember at Lana.  Expect Lana's playful Italian-Asian influences with dishes like Abrolhos scallop and prawn toast, Kurobuta prosciutto cotto with pineapple, parmesan and chilli, gnocchi alla romana with pecorino and miso butter, and sticky date “torta” with Jerusalem artichoke and miso for dessert. For the little ones, there's also a three-course kids' menu.
