We thrive on a splash of opulence, and a visit to The Charles Bar is always set to satisfy, even when we’re on a budget. Soak up old-world hospitality without the price tag with The Charles’ aged Wagyu cheeseburger. At $28, you’ll also score fries and your choice of beer or soft drink. If this isn’t living, we don’t know what is!

The three-hatted Saint Peter is one of Sydney’s favourite fine diners. A commitment to the finest seafood Australia has to offer combines with Josh Niland’s master skills and a menu committed to top-to-tail use. If you’re looking to sample a little of what Saint Peter has to offer and can’t get a booking, head into the bar for a taste test. Dine a la carte for a fraction of the price, no booking needed! Swing by for a tuna burger and a beer, and you’ll slide just in under $50.
