Jane's most iconic dishes litter the set menu including the kangaroo tartare, pickled mussels and lamb dumplings with saltbush. With the set menu you can also opt in for $2 oysters with guava vinaigrette and $10 glasses of 2022 Yetti and the Kokonut bubbles.
