Inside Saint Haven North Sydney: A Six-Storey Temple Set to Redefine the Private Club Scene
Six storeys. 3,000 square metres. A private world devoted to performance, restoration and connection — arriving in North Sydney.
We’ve partnered with Saint Haven to explore their largest and most ambitious setting yet — the upcoming North Sydney club, a six-storey sanctuary that redefines what it means to live beautifully, intentionally, and by design.
In the heart of North Sydney, a sanctuary is taking shape: six luminous storeys where water moves like breath, light bends with intention, and wellness becomes art. This is Saint Haven, GURNER Group’s private members’ club devoted to high-performance living and holistic luxury.
Opening in 2026 at 123 Walker Street, the 3,000-square-metre space represents the brand’s most ambitious creation yet — a serene fusion of bio-innovation, ancient ritual and impeccable hospitality. Conceived by Founder & Chairman Tim Gurner and realised by GURNER Design House (Interior Design Director Simon Brugaletta), the club draws on Japanese restraint: lantern-soft light, flowing water, triple-height voids and greenery balanced by materials chosen for quiet strength. Nearly twice the scale of its Melbourne siblings, it ushers in a new rhythm for Sydney’s wellness scene, balancing precision, presence and profound calm.
The New Blueprint for Wellness
Beyond its sculpted serenity, Saint Haven North Sydney unfolds as an ecosystem designed for balance — uniting innovation, ritual and world-class service. Each space flows into the next with deliberate ease. Harmony emerges through contrast and intent.
The Science of Stillness
At the club’s centre lies Saint Haven Preventative & Performance Medical, a world-first concept redefining the future of preventative health. Medicine and mindfulness converge as members undergo advanced diagnostics guided by expert clinicians to create a personalised blueprint for longevity.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, exosome infusions, peptide protocols and tailored IV drips are among the advanced treatments once reserved for elite athletes, now refined for privacy and ease. Nutritionists, coaches and medical specialists work in unison to design data-led programs that align every element of a member’s lifestyle, from training cadence to meal composition. The philosophy is simple: prevent, personalise, perform.
The Bathhouse Reimagined
Serenity finds its purest expression in the Japanese Bathhouse, where time seems to dissolve. Warm magnesium pools glow beside ice-cold plunges as steam coils through air perfumed with cedar and citrus. Two expansive baths — one at six degrees and the other at thirty-eight — anchor the ritual, surrounded by saunas, steam rooms and sunken lounges for quiet conversation or complete stillness.
For the courageous, new zero- and two-degree ice baths deliver a mind-clearing jolt that restores balance from the inside out. It is equal parts discipline and release, the essence of Saint Haven embodied in water, heat and light.
Performance Meets Presence
A few floors above, Haven Biohacking & Recovery merges innovation with intention. Hyperbaric oxygen chambers, cryotherapy, red-light beds, PEMF mats and lymphatic boots form a circuit designed for restoration and renewal.
Every environmental detail has been engineered for wellness: reverse-osmosis filtered water, UV-treated and HEPA-filtered air, and circadian lighting that follows the natural arc of the day. A signature essential-oil blend drifts through the air, grounding both mind and body.
Members move between modalities under the guidance of a Performance Coach, who collaborates with Integrative Nutritionists, Breathwork Coaches and Energy Healers. Training meets nourishment. Mindfulness meets metabolism. This choreography of expertise is Saint Haven’s quiet superpower: total, seamless personalisation.
The Portal
Exclusive to North Sydney, The Portal is Saint Haven’s most transcendent space yet — a multi-sensory studio for sound healing, breathwork and meditation. Light and acoustics move harmoniously, guiding guests through immersive journeys that quiet the nervous system and heighten awareness. Part spiritual retreat, part avant-garde installation, The Portal captures the brand’s philosophy: the intersection of innovation and inner stillness.
The Social Sanctum
Stillness may be Saint Haven’s soul, but connection is its heartbeat. The Private Business Club spans an entire level, with boardrooms, private offices and refined lounges overlooking the skyline. Designed for discretion and focus, it offers space for collaboration without chaos.
Next door, the Wholefoods Restaurant brings nourishment to life through organic produce and ritual simplicity. Every dish is seed-oil-free, refined-sugar-free and prepared with filtered water. Menus are shaped in partnership with Saint Haven’s Head Chef, Performance Coaches, and Nutritionists so that flavour and function move in tandem. From early-morning smoothies to twilight glasses of natural wine, dining here feels effortless, elegant and alive.
The Design Language
Under Simon Brugaletta’s direction, GURNER Design House tells a story of stillness in motion. Triple-height voids draw in daylight; textured stone and pale timber evoke Japanese restraint; water features trace slow pathways through the club. The palette is calm, tactile and timeless.
Every sense is considered. Air and water are purified. Lighting follows the body’s circadian rhythm. The signature Saint Haven fragrance — herbal, woodsy, faintly citrus — threads through corridors like a quiet heartbeat. Each element works gently to restore the body’s natural equilibrium, so members leave feeling not just rested, but renewed.
A New Standard for Sydney
With five Melbourne clubs thriving and waitlists already forming across New South Wales, Saint Haven North Sydney stands as both milestone and model. Led by Melissa Vitalis (formerly of Crown Sydney Spa), it signals the next evolution of Australia’s wellness landscape, where science, spirit and service coexist.
Membership opens the door to a community that treats well-being as a craft rather than a commodity. It is a sanctuary for those who measure success not in hours worked but in balance found. Across six meticulously designed levels, Saint Haven offers a daily rhythm of performance, recovery and reflection: luxury in motion, life by design.
As anticipation builds for its February 2026 opening, one thing is certain. Saint Haven isn’t simply building a club — it’s shaping a new way for Sydney to move, connect and restore.
