The Ultimate Summer Cocktail: Bar Patron’s Horchata Collada

Making a summer cocktail is an art – and one that Bar Patrón has truly mastered – requiring the perfect balance of flavours, textures and seasonal ingredients. A highlight from the drinks menu, and a perfect summer pick-me-up, is the Horchata Collada: their take on the classic Pina Colada. Smooth and fresh with hints of coconut, we guarantee this is the drink you’ll be sipping on all summer long.

Ingredients

45ml Patrón CoconutSilver15ml lime juice35ml pineapple juice50ml horchata5ml coconut syrup

Method

Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.Shake ingredients thoroughly.Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass.Top the cocktail with cubed ice and garnish with fresh pineapple.
