Light, fruity and bubbly, this reinvented cocktail will excite your tastebuds in the best possible way.

Little Pearl Long Island Recipe: Ingredients

12ml Vodka12ml Gin12ml Tequila12ml White Run12ml Cointreau20 ml hibiscus syrup30ml Lemon JuiceLemonade

Little Pearl Long Island Recipe: Method

Fill tall glass with ice.Add 20 ml hibiscus syrup.Fill 1/3 with lemonade and stir to make hibiscus lemonade.In a cocktail shaker add all other ingredients and shake with ice, strain offer the ice in glass to layer the ice tea mix.Garnish with a Teaspoon of lychee popping pearls on a banana leaf.
