Get around our roundup of what’s happening in Perth this month and beyond.
Bring on the sunny, 30+ degree days. Summer is well and truly here!
February in Perth is as much about arts, culture and nightlife as it is about ice cream and ocean swims. Major festivals and events bring added heat to your already sizzling social calendar — think FRINGE World, Perth Fest and Laneway — while beachside cocktails, happy hours and Sunday sessions invite endless wining and dining.
On the flipside, the return of outdoor cinemas offers a wholesome reprieve from all that new year mayhem, with faves like Somerville Auditorium and Rooftop Movies screening a mix of arthouse and new releases under the stars. There’s also loads of live sports, beachside markets, art exhibitions, family fun and rejuvenating wellness activities to soak up too.
Whether you’re a local embracing the sun-drenched days or a visitor chasing a dose of West Australian charm, this is your ultimate guide to what’s on in Perth this February and beyond.
