Madeleine on Beaufort

Madeleine

Another Beaufort Street delight, just two doors down the road from Le Vivant, Madeleine is an all day French and fancy love affair. When it first opened at the back end of 2022, it quickly became synonymous with French-inspired breakfast and brunch, and its rear dining room - light-filled, secluded and leading out to a beautiful garden courtyard - was the perfect place to settle into for French toast or a croque monsieur.

Now, come evening time, it transforms into an intimate, candle-lit space with a rustic touch - the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. It's the perfect spot for a romantic lunch or dinner, where you and your date can drink all of the wine you can muster and sling back half shell scallops of the day and pick your way around a charcuterie plate, before indulging in wild mushroom mille-feuille, steak au poivre and market fish of the day. End on a sweet note with their delicious creme caramel.

It truly is one of the best French restaurants in Perth.
