Feel Good Dips
See you on the beach! While not a typical day spa by any means, we felt we needed to include this awesome community experience to the list. Firstly because, the benefits of the cold plunge are hard to refute these days. Secondly, because Feel Good Dips is plain and simple fun - even with the challenge of losing your breath to the cold depths. It's all about community, consciousness and connection. Make new friends as you brave the elements.
Sitchu Tip: It's worth noting that it's currently summer season for Feel Good Dips, and warm and sunny early morning dips occur every Wednesday and Sunday.
Wednesday's begin at 5.55am at Middle Park Beach, first for a feel good activity, followed by a 6.30am feel good dip. Sunday's begin a little later at Elwood Bathers - a 7.45am start. Coffee and catch-ups occur afterwards.
All you have to do is find the feel good flag, say hi to the wonderful facilitators and community leaders. Then its time to take part in connection, mindfulness and movement activities, practise gratitude and cold water therapy and truly experience the most welcoming community in Melbourne.
Check their Instagram feed and stories for more information and regular updates. All updates are announced 24 hours ahead of time.
