A Fast-Growing Pilates-And-Recovery Studio Is Expanding Across Melbourne This Month
Wildsoul Wellness expands across Melbourne with Pilates, recovery and contrast therapy studios opening this June.
Melbourne’s Pilates era has moved well past the reformer bed. These days, a class is only part of the ritual. The real currency is what happens afterwards: sauna, plunge, compression boots, red light, a tea in hand and the sassy little walk back to the car feeling as though you have made one excellent life decision before 9am.
Wildsoul Wellness is arriving right inside that shift. The fast-growing brand has opened new Victorian studios in Coburg and Williamstown, with Fairfield joining its Melbourne lineup on Saturday 25 July. The new opening will be Wildsoul’s seventh studio and its closest location to the Melbourne CBD.

Fairfield will launch with complimentary classes running from 8am throughout the day, alongside food, drinks and gifts for everyone who walks through the door. Fresh Fig & Bloom flowers will also be placed on every mat and reformer, lending the first day a suitably lovely sense of occasion.
The celebrations continue throughout opening week, with daily gifts and giveaways from local favourites. These include free blow waves from Mitch Studios, Wilding Foods vouchers, a $200 Akme Beauty voucher and samples from April Sun, Soddii and Fod Bods, alongside Wildsoul Wellness’s own tea and snack station.
The offer runs deeper than a reformer timetable. Alongside reformer, mat and hot Pilates, Wildsoul has contrast therapy, infrared saunas, compression boots, red light therapy and naturopathy, turning the usual studio visit into something closer to a full reset.
The timing feels pointed. Melbourne has become fluent in the language of recovery, and not just among people who own three matching activewear sets and know their protein macros. The city has spent years turning wellness into a series of separate bookings: Pilates before work, sauna after, a plunge somewhere else, then a group chat debate about red light therapy making everyone feel expensive. Wildsoul gathers the lot under one roof, with a resort-style mood and enough post-class perks to make the cold plunge part of the reward.
The Williamstown studio also arrives with a familiar name attached, with Bec Douros from The Block behind the bayside opening. The brand says one of its new studios had already signed more than 300 members before launch, which is telling in a city hardly short on boutique fitness options.
Coburg, Williamstown and Fairfield make sense as the next addresses. These are suburbs where wellness has become part of the weekly choreography: school drop-offs, coffee runs, workdays, reformer classes, saunas and the small midweek pursuit of feeling less wrecked by Thursday.
Wildsoul Wellness sits somewhere between Pilates studio, recovery club and suburban reset button. And judging by the pace of its expansion, Melbourne is very much in the market for all three.
