World’s 50 Best Hotels List 2025
In another recently announced World’s Best List, presented by 50 Best, both Capella (Sydney) and The Calile (Queensland) were once again ranked. Earning spot No. 12 and No .34 respectively, both venues were hand-selected by a group of over 800 travel experts, including hoteliers, journalists, and seasoned travellers.
Capella has already won several awards this year, and was the highest ranking Australian hotel in this particular list. Better still, it was also awarded the title of Best Hotel in Oceania by the committee. Having only recently opened in 2023, the hotel is well-established on a global scale and is only continuing to garner more accolades.
In other exciting news, The Calile is planning to expand with a Noosa outpost at some point in 2028.
