For the whiskey-loving dad, the newly opened Ambrosia Lounge is holding a barbecue, cocktails and whiskey-tasting event over the Father’s Day weekend. Treat Dad to an unforgettable day filled with delicious food by local legend the Meat Wizard (think Texas-style brisket, Boston pulled pork, five-hour smoked baby back ribs, beef and jalapeno sausage, slaw, pickles and corn chips), a beer on arrival for Dad refreshing cocktails, and an exclusive whiskey-tasting experience.

For a truly memorable experience, Poachers Pantry is holding a three-course sharing meal over the Father’s Day weekend. Executive chef Adam Wilson has curated a delicious menu tailored for dads in the beautiful setting of the lush vineyards.

For $105 per person, indulge in bolognese raviolo with bechamel and crispy Reggiano, garlic bread, grass-fed New England T-bone with cognac jus, and sides of salt and vinegar fries and spring salad. Finish it off in a canelé with ginger and butterscotch for dessert.
