Australia’s First 24/7 Wellness Space Has Landed in Canberra
This is major.
In an Australian first, Canberra is now home to a round-the-clock, on-demand wellness hub which is already proving a hit with locals. Bringing together the tech and wellness space in a really ingenious way, Reverie is a place where you’re invited to disconnect, unwind and recharge.
Founded by wellness veterans Lexi Bannister and Cassandra Smith, the concept was born from the idea that wellness shouldn’t be rigid or scheduled.
“You should be able to rest on your terms – anytime, without the wait,” said Smith in a statement.
The system works through an app-based booking system and Bluetooth entry. Inside each aesthetically-appointed suite there are visual guides which explain how to best use the facility, designed to give a seamless and private experience.
Treatments include:
- Infrared sauna and red light chromotherapy to support recovery, enhance sleep and assist detoxification
- Contrast therapy ice bath to reduce inflammation, reduce muscle soreness and elevate mood
- Dry float (a water-free float with LED and sound therapy) to provide stress relief and accelerated recovery
- Custom multi-wavelength LED therapy to assist with skin rejuvenation and cellular repair
- Automated spray tan booth, delivered in just 5 minutes with 12 available shades

If you’d like a full body dry float at sunrise, or a contactless, fully automated spray tan at midnight, Reverie is a space where you can press pause, rest and experience wellness, your way,” Smith says.
Reverie currently offers casual bookings and flexible memberships. There are just 2 Founding Memberships left which locks in a $109/week price for life. Founding members receive priority booking, complimentary upgrades and bonus sessions. More details on that here.
Soon, the practice will open consulting suites for aligned practitioners who can then offer their services within the space (think health and wellness professionals/massage and beauty therapists).
This is major not only for Canberra but for the whole of Australia, joining the ranks of leading wellness spaces around the world who are tapped into what their clients really want. So, who’s signing up?
