Justin Lane

A Burleigh Heads institution has arrived in Fortitude Valley! July 2024 welcomed Justin Lane to the fold, with the iconic Alfred & Constance building undergoing major renovations to bring this new pizza party palace to life.

On the menu, you’ll find Justin Lane’s signature wood-fired pizzas, refreshing salads and warming serves of pasta that will tantalise your taste buds.

Explore the indoor and outdoor seating areas, with a rooftop terrace reminiscent of their flagship venue. There’s also an underground vinyl bar downstairs, the perfect spot for a couple of creative cocktails to let your hair down after a long week.

ēmmē

In a welcoming and bespoke environment, emme aims to create a communal spirit in the heart of James Street. Visually, emme takes cues from wabi-sabi, the art of imperfection, with rough-hewn edges, natural textures and natural tones.

The menu is Mediterranean-inspired, with wood-fired preparation and meticulous attention to detail. Taste savoury small plates or share hearty mains and experience the difference in the ambience that emme creates for diners.
