Designed as an immersive experience for gin lovers, here you can sample the entire Burly Gin range, experimental cocktails and modern Australian cuisine all in the one place. Settle in for a tasting flight or sip your way through signature cocktails and spritzes, each drink promises depth, flavour and fun.

Sueno Rooftop

From the dynamite team behind Rick Shores comes a brand-new establishment that’s bound to have your heart a-flutter. Sueno is a vibey rooftop haunt above Norte, serving ceviche, skewers and tortillas, alongside some dangerously drinkable cocktails.

If tequila or mezcal are your go-to tipples, you’ll discover hard-to-find bottles here to enjoy at one of the best new bars on the Gold Coast.

BOTH Espresso & Wine

BOTH Espresso & Wine is the Gold Coast’s newest cafe and wine bar, slinging hearty breakfast and lunch plates by day, and pouring wine by night. Espresso and wine… why not both? It’s truly a statement we can get behind.

The brainchild of two locals, Danny and Alfonso, BOTH leans into their shared passion for hospitality, design and flavour.

It’s not just wine that’s pouring of an evening, BOTH serves an eclectic mix of signature cocktails – the Golden Hour has us curious. Bourbon meets Aperol in a short glass, layered with house-made coconut and pineapple syrup. Classic cocktails can be made on request, and there’s a spritz or two to be found here, too.
