After months of rumours, TikTok sleuthing and beauty lovers collectively manifesting, it’s finally official: Rhode is coming to Australia and New Zealand, and it’s happening very soon.
Hailey Bieber’s cult-favourite skincare brand has confirmed it will officially launch Down Under on February 12th, with the full Rhode collection available to ship via rhodeskin.com from 6am AEDT. Even better? Rhode will also be partnering exclusively with MECCA, meaning those viral essentials will soon be just a store visit away.
From launch day, Rhode will be available to shop online at MECCA, as well as in-store at MECCA’s Bourke Street and George Street flagship locations. From February 13th, the range will roll out to most MECCA stores across Australia and New Zealand — officially ending the era of international shipping workarounds. This is also the date that Miss Bieber will be in Australia for Vogue’s Forces of Fashion talk, so we may get a few launch events with her, too!
The announcement confirms what many beauty fans had already suspected. In recent months, influencers hinted that a “very, very big brand” was on its way to MECCA, while Rhode’s signature products from the Pocket Blushes to Lip Peptide Treatments continued to dominate beauty feeds worldwide. Even Hailey Bieber’s own visit to Sydney earlier this year had us wondering if something big was brewing.
Rhode’s arrival comes as the brand continues its rapid global expansion following its acquisition by e.l.f. Beauty earlier this year. Since then, Rhode has been steadily entering new international markets, cementing its reputation as one of the most in-demand modern beauty brands right now.
For Australian and New Zealand beauty lovers, the timing couldn’t be better. With summer skin in full swing, Rhode’s glow-boosting staples that give those dewy finishes are perfectly suited to warm-weather routines. We’re already dreaming of swiping those blushes on our cheeks and slathering ourselves in the barrier butter.
