With Sydney’s late-night bar scene having a renaissance after a difficult few years, an exciting new venue in the heart of Darling Harbour is setting the bar high – 35 stories high! Lumière on Thirty Five, a buzzing and luxurious bar situated on the 35th floor of the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, will open on Friday, April 12th, and guests are in for an absolute treat.

Boasting breathtaking views of the sparkling Sydney skyline, the intimate setting guarantees an unforgettable evening of indulgence thanks to world-class mixologists and chefs in an electric atmosphere that is as welcoming (and Insta-worthy) as it is dazzling.

Artisanal Cocktails

For cocktail lovers, Lumière on Thirty Five's expertly crafted menu will speak directly to your bon vivant soul. The in-house mixologists fuse innovation and curiosity with classic techniques, using the finest ingredients and cutting-edge methods.

Their cocktail menu is more an exploration of experiences than a list of ingredients with each creation telling a story of innovation and elegance. Our favourites?

Try the Lighthouse, an enticing mix of three-month barrel-aged Two Doctors Whisky, Averna Amaro, Whiskey Bitters and Chocolate Bitters. It's guaranteed to enlighten and guide you in the right direction - just as its name suggests.

Inspired by the Age of Enlightenment, the Copper Moon is made with brix spiced, Averna Amaro, Khalúa, brix cane spirit, St-Germain elderflower, orange oleo and chocolate bitters.

The Aviary is not just delicious but inspires a sense of elegance and escapism thanks to a blend of Packham Pear infused Grey Goose, St-Germain Elderflower, Honey, Vanilla Extract, and Aquafaba.

Or for something more subdued, we recommend the Candlelight Tea, which is the perfect end-of-night beverage thanks to its soothing fusion of jasmine tea infused with Aberfeldy, Muyu Vetiver Gris, winter melon tea and ginger.
