There’s a lot to love about nice cream. Not only is it deliciously vegan-friendly, when it’s done right, it’s incredibly pretty to look at, and it’s so nutritiously healthy, you can tuck in entirely guilt-free. Simply put, nice cream is frozen bananas blended up into a soft serve and topped with an array of goodness. Think peanut butter, cacao nibs, buckinis, raw brownies, blueberries and hemp seeds.

Sophie Fisher from Coconut and Bliss (yes, that Coconut and Bliss, with the incredibly delicious Instagram feed that will convert you to veganism) has pulled together her favourite nice cream recipes, so that you too can whip up an array of gorgeous healthy treats. And if you want more vegan inspo, check out Sophie Fisher’s local haunts in the Coconut and Bliss’s Guide to Vegan Eating in Sydney.

We can’t think of a more refreshing way to start a morning. Nice cream is filling, delicious and you can pack it with so many nutrients to keep you going strong throughout the day. Whether you opt for something fruity and light or something more dessert-like and decadent, you can’t go wrong.
