Easter Cocktail Recipe: White Dreams
Ingredients:

45ml Ketel one vodka30ml Mozart white chocolate liqueur15ml orgeat syrup30ml pure creamIceWhite Chocolate Whipped Cream:
60ml Pure cream60ml Mozart white chocolate liqueur60ml simple syrup6 Dashes of chocolate bittersMacadamia CrumbMethod:
Cocktail:
To a cocktail shaker add 45ml Ketel one vodka, 30ml Mozart white chocolate liqueur, 15ml orgeat syrup & 30ml pure cream then add ice and vigorously shake, dump intotumbler glass.Garnish with whipped white chocolate cream sprinkle, white chocolate and macadamia crumb and two wafer sticksWhite Chocolate Whipped Cream:
To make the white chocolate whipped cream add 360ml Pure cream, 60ml Mozart white chocolate liqueur, 60ml simple syrup and 6 Dashes of chocolate bitters into a whipped cream canister. We use a thermo whip.Load one cream charger and then let sit in the fridge for 20 minutes before use. This will be enough cream for at least 4 cocktails.Make the white chocolate and macadamia crumb by simply crushing the two together.

Ingredients:
20ml Brookies Macadamia & Wattleseed10ml Morris Classic Liqueur Topaque10ml Licor 43 Vanilla5ml Frangelico40ml CoffeeGlass: Nick & Nora or MartiniGarnish: Cinnamon Dust X

Ingredients:
45ml cinnamon and Vanilla infused vodka30ml Mozart dark chocolate liqueur30ml fresh espresso15ml simple syrup4 cinnamon scrolls1 vanilla beanNutmegMethod:
Add 45ml cinnamon and Vanilla infused vodka, 30ml Mozart dark chocolate liqueur & 30ml fresh espresso, 15ml simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice and shake.Double strain into coupe glass.Add a cross stencil on top of the glass and garnish with ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
