Firepop

Firepop

Firepop is a family-run business that churns out skewers or “pops,” as they call them, and, while they have now grown into a permanent establishment, we felt they deserved a mention, starting from humble food stand roots.

Their signature OG lamb skewers are a must-try, coated in house-made dukkah and secret marinade. At Firepop, everything is homemade, from seasoning and marinade to the butter. Their supporting dishes - like the corn ribs - taste far better than any vegetable has a right to.
