Eat & Drink
North 54 Dinner Nights
By day, North 54 is all about damn good banh mi, specialty sips (like the pandan coconut cloud) and moreish cookies. But soon, they’ll be transforming into a cool little bar every Friday and Saturday night, where you’re encouraged to BYO drinks (Oxford Cellars is right across the road) and settle in for a tight edit of snacks and larger shares. It’ll be an all-new menu, but very much the same vibe you’ve come to expect from Chef Bac Pham. So in other words…delicious.
North 54 Dinner Nights kick off this Friday, February 20th. Until then, we’ll just be drooling over this preview.

With later return ferries now making it easier to stretch out your day trip, there’s no rush to leave—just wander in, grab a table and settle into island time. The perfect end to a day spent beach hopping!
