This stunning rooftop bar has a bespoke retractable roof meaning that it’s always filled with gorgeous natural light (ideal for getting perfect Instagram shots), glass and mirrored surfaces, and the most incredible glowing white floor.

With the tiled stairway entrance welcoming you off the busy sidewalk, head indoors to enjoy sun-drenched booths upholstered in deep warm hues and paired back with retro aesthetic fittings, the entire experience at Sasso Italiano is something a little special. The food is as stunning as it is tasty, so order some plates to share and a cocktail or two… for the content, you know? The Sasso team have just launched Sunday lunches, and we can’t imagine a better place to be kicking back and snapping pics on a beautiful weekend afternoon in Brisbane.

Simply put, the Rose Room feels like a fairytale!
