Above Rooftop Pool & Bar
A fresh new face has landed sky-high in the Valley, bringing with it the irrepressible energy that Ovolo is known for. The kitchen is helmed by award-winning chef Jake North and Kya Knights, serving Mediterranean-Australian plates designed to share in the sunshine. Sample stone-baked pita with linseed and garlic oil, hummus drizzled with crunchy chilli oil, beetroot and bourghal spread, and kingfish ceviche with avocado and pickled cucumber.
When it comes to drinks, you’ll find the menu to be vibrant and playful, led by expert mixologist (and founder of Distilld), Jake Down. Classic cocktails reimagined with surprising (yet familiar) flavours.
Expect more than just a bar from Above Rooftop — it’s a total scene.
