Meet The Bedhead Bar, Perth’s newest immersive shopping experience, specialising in (you guessed it) bedheads.

The chic new concept store is a collaboration between Hannah Goldberg (Zenn Design) and Bronte Taton-Boulet (Cleo Collects), and marks the first WA outlet for Melbourne-based Zenn Design. 

“The idea behind The Bedhead Bar was to create a fun immersive space where people can truly engage with materials and design,” says Zenn Design founder Hannah Goldberg.

Stepping inside, you’ll find there’s an elegant, aged feel about the space, taking inspiration from the old world luxury of European hotels — think: rich textures, deep tones and quality materials.

Guests are invited to sit back, relax and explore a smorgasbord of silhouettes and fabrics sourced from leading textile houses, from tailored stripes to classic geometrics and tactile plains. And despite what it says on the wall, they do actually cover more than just the bedhead.

“Choosing a bedhead is often the starting point for a bedroom, but we also work closely with clients on custom window furnishings and soft elements that complete the room,” explains Hannah. “The space allows people to explore fabrics, forms and finishes in a relaxed, tactile way.”

From tailored Roman blinds to soft drapery, custom dining chairs to bespoke furniture, The Bedhead Bar is a whole new way to welcome the brand’s layered aesthetic into your home.

The whole experience is reflective of a major shift towards collected interiors rich in personal taste and expert craftsmanship.
