Henne Is Making Its Western Australian Debut

Melbourne-born fashion label Henne (founded by Nadia Bartel) is set to make its WA debut, with a brand new retail boutique opening inside Claremont Quarter mid-September.

Details are still fairly light at this stage, but any opportunity to touch and try on the brand’s much-loved signature denim, sleek knits and sharp tailoring in store, and we’re here for it.

We’re hoping to see the same level of design-led detail as Henne’s existing boutiques, which are each celebrated for their tactile, gallery-like interiors that make shopping feel like a true sensorial experience.

The boutiques are also known for their styling sessions, where you can work with one of their expert stylists on uncovering your new Henne looks and gain priority access to change rooms.

The new Henne boutique will join existing brands such as DISSH, Aje, Camilla & Marc, Rebecca Vallance, By Charlotte and more, making Claremont Quarter a true mecca for high-end contemporary fashion.

Stay tuned for more details on what we can expect from the Henne opening, including launch dates, store services and any opening offers.

In the meantime, you can shop Henne online.

By Charlotte Finally Opens In WA, With Three New Boutiques

Cult Aussie brand By Charlotte has just announced its WA launch, opening three new boutiques across Perth this week. The first will open inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre on Wednesday March 25th, with Claremont Quarter and Westfield Booragoon locations to follow on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th.

Known for combining the spiritual with the beautiful, every By Charlotte piece comes with a deeper meaning. Often brought as gifts or on special occasions, they’re the kind of cherished pieces that celebrate life’s most precious moments. And for owner Charlotte Blakeney, who grew up right here in Perth, the return home feels like her own “beautiful full circle moment” worth celebrating.

“Perth is where my journey began, and so much of the spirit of the brand was shaped by growing up here, with the ocean, the sense of community and the calmer, more
intentional way of living influencing so much of the brand,” explained Charlotte. “To now bring By Charlotte home and share it with the community that first inspired me feels like a beautiful full-circle moment.”

To celebrate the WA launch, By Charlotte will have limited edition goodies, exclusive giveaways (including $50 gift cards for the first 50 in line) and sweet treats courtesy of Layers Bakery waiting for you in all three stores on Saturday March 28th. With Mother’s Day on the horizon, the timing feels perfect.

A Sydney Furniture Fave Lands in Perth

A Sydney-born furniture favourite is finally making its Western Australian debut, with the light and airy new showroom opening in Claremont this week. The brand’s first store on the west coast brings founder Charles Hinckfuss’ signature blend of coastal sophistication and lived-in luxury to Perth, showcasing a curated edit of indoor and outdoor pieces that define modern Australian style.

To celebrate the opening, they’ve teamed up with Sidepiece Deli, putting on free pastries and iced coffees from 9.30am this Saturday. Get down early, they won’t last all day!

Poppy Lissiman’s New Flagship Store Is A Maximalist Fever Dream

After a short pop-up stint, Poppy Lissiman has unveiled her official retail flagship, and it’s every bit as bold and creative as the founder herself. Feverish, surreal and eccentric, this is Poppy’s personal mood board, birthed into existence — from the custom designed light-up display units to Kate Reid’s 25-metre hand-painted mural.

“As we approach 20 years, it’s important people know I’m not just the name on the tag or some fictitious character behind a white-label brand. This space crystallises who I am and where we came from — it’s deeply personal,” shares Poppy. “Meeting our customers, seeing them try on frames or bags they’ve only seen online — that connection is priceless.”

Originally built in the 1930s, the heritage Fremantle building (also home to the company’s headquarters) is blessed with decorative period details and grand five-metre-high ceilings. Its old world allure serves as the ideal canvas for Poppy’s energetic hues and deeply curated aesthetic — fearlessly brought to life in collaboration with Emiko Carter (former YSG designer and long-time family friend).

“If we were going to return to retail, it had to feel deeply connected to my aesthetic and the brand’s roots,” reflects Lissiman.

“It might be at the end of the earth,” Poppy laughs, “but it’s well worth the trip.”

Poppy Lissiman’s flagship store is now open at 86 High Street in Fremantle, from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm Sunday.

Arms Of Eve Has Arrived in Perth

An Instagram feed favourite, Arms Of Eve is all about effortless and affordable jewellery, accessories and apparel that defies trends and spans seasons. Its gold pieces are some of our faves for summer, and with the addition of a new swim line we’re finding even more reasons to shop. Good news is, we no longer have to shop online and wait for Aus Post to deliver. The East Coast label has finally made the move west, opening up its first boutique in Claremont Quarter.
