Peach Cafe

Stepping into Peach Café is like popping on a pair of rose-tinted glasses. This cute pink cafe is located in the leafy suburbs of Auchenflower, and has a playground right next to it, making it the perfect café for anyone with a little bundle of energy in tow.

The team bake sweet treats and gooey cookies in-house and offer plenty of gluten-free and vegan-friendly options on the menu.

Vend Marketplace

Vend Marketplace has long been a favourite of busy Brisbane parents, offering a space to explore unique market stalls, find gifts, enjoy a meal and let the kids run amok in a safe place.

Milk + Honey takes the cafe/playground combo even further, adding in a third draw with their chic children’s boutique. This female-founded and run cafe has a super strong coffee game (including a range of seasonal speciality drinks) and they stock a few tasty baked goodies for anyone feeling peckish.

White Horse Ranch

White Horse Ranch is open seven days a week for brekkie, brunch and lunch, so you’ll never be left high and dry.

Supporting local growers and producers, the menu is full of quality food with options for gluten-free and vegan diners.

The outside seating area is pet-friendly, so you can also bring along the furry family members on your brunch date. And to keep the kids occupied while you’re tucking into brunch is a cute cubby house and play zone complete with toys and a safety gate.

Inside the Ranch is a sweet little gift shop, so you can tick off some errands while you’re out for coffee and by pick up something special for the next birthday on the calendar.

Pinwheel Island Cafe

There are so many play areas and activities at Pinwheel Island Cafe that your little ones won’t know where to start.

From ball pits to jungle gyms, the kids will be having so much fun that you might even be able to indulge in an uninterrupted grown-up chat while tucking into a tasty burger, salad or brunch plate.

The Nurso Chandler

Spread over three luscious hectares, The Nurso at Chandler is a dream. While it doesn’t have a playground in a traditional sense, there’s so much for kids to do here that it feels like a giant playground in itself. In the kids’ area, you’ll find a sensory play zone as well as a nature play area.

The cafe menu has dedicated kid’s bites that come with a popper and a toy, and there’s always something to colour in at the table.

Birds & Bees Cafe

Birds & Bees Cafe is known for having a welcoming atmosphere. Kids and dogs are all invited, with a fenced play area full of toys creating the perfect backdrop to a stress-free coffee. The menu is also a treat, packed with homemade Latin-American inspired dishes and, of course, a kids’ menu to keep the little mites fed and watered.
