Nodo Donuts

A Brisbane donut spot so popular that the locations keep multiplying…

Nodo Donuts has been keeping Brisbane tummies and tastebuds in very good spirits since 2014, when owner Kate Williams decided to share the joy of gluten-free baked donuts with us all. Every dish served at Nodo is gluten-free, many are (or can be made) dairy-free or vegan.

The best thing about this popular cafe is that dining on a donut for breakfast at Nodo is never frowned upon.

They’ve opened several new cafés around Brisbane lately, so no matter where you go, you can get your fix!

Multiple locations

Veganyumm

Just because you’re vegan doesn’t mean that you need to miss out on delicious baked treats. And this colourful little bakery crafts some of the best donuts in Brisbane, without using a single animal product.

Veganyumm stocks a full cabinet of delectable desserts, but the donuts here are always something special. Opt for a Homer Simpson donut with bright pink icing and sprinkles, a loaded Biscoff donut, or the brand new lemon meringue flavour that’s currently taking social media by storm.

Veganyumm is open until late, perfect for those late-night snack attacks when you realise you don’t have any treats on hand.

Rebel Donuts

If you’re wandering through Harris Farm Markets at West Village for your weekly grocery shop, you may have already fallen prey to the allure of Rebel Donuts

Founded by Melbourne pair Ben & Hayley, Rebel Donuts began from a curiosity for cinnamon, of all things. In his quest to craft the perfect cinnamon scroll, Ben travelled to Sri Lanka (the home of Ceylon cinnamon) and perfected his recipe. But the humble scroll wasn’t enough, and soon he turned his hand to donuts.

And thank goodness he did, because now you can pick up a freshly made donut from scratch at West Village to tantalise your taste buds, and make any morning magical.

West Village, 97 Boundary Street, West End

Brooklyn Donuts

With a firmly cemented reputation as some of Brisbane’s best donuts, the team here whip up pillowy-soft donuts from scratch each day to keep the masses happy.

Brooklyn Donuts are inspired by their New York counterparts, but baked down under with the finest quality ingredients, including house made jams, ethically sourced coffee beans and fresh cream, the cherry on the top with these Brisbane donuts is the A-grade service at their friendly store.
