Founded by Melbourne pair Ben & Hayley, Rebel Donuts began from a curiosity for cinnamon, of all things. In his quest to craft the perfect cinnamon scroll, Ben travelled to Sri Lanka (the home of Ceylon cinnamon) and perfected his recipe. But the humble scroll wasn’t enough, and soon he turned his hand to donuts.
And thank goodness he did, because now you can pick up a freshly made donut from scratch at West Village to tantalise your taste buds, and make any morning magical.
