The Wine Bar at The International Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries are open to residents of Australia.

You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.

To enter, entrants must follow the promoters @sitchu.sydney and @thewinebar.intl on Instagram and tag who they would like to take to The Wine Bar for Valentine’s Day on the competition post here. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entries become and remain the property of the promoter (Sitchu) and agencies associated with this promotion.

Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia.

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for a prize of equal value at their discretion.

Prize winners will be required to agree to the terms of the prize offering, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

Once the prize has been confirmed by Sitchu, the prize is deemed non-transferable.

PRIZE DETAILS

The Prize is subject to availability and is comprised of:

• One (1) x Valentine’s Day set menu dinner for two (2) people at The Wine Bar, including the following menu:

Any additional food, beverages or items ordered beyond the inclusions outlined above will be the responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize:

• Is valid for one (1) time use only

• Is subject to venue availability

• Must be redeemed by reservation on 14 February 2026 for lunch or dinner

• Does not include transportation or accommodation

If the booking is cancelled or not attended, the prize will be forfeited and will not be reissued.

Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to enter. If a winner is found to be under 18 at any point, they will be automatically disqualified.

The prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in promotional imagery.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Promotion commences at 4pm AEDT 04/02/2026. Entries close at 9am AEDT 11/02/2026.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise from accepting the prize.

Entries will be judged at Sitchu Head Office at 10:00am AEDT on 11/02/2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within one (1) business day. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days, the prize will be awarded to another valid entrant.
